Our Cellar
Our wine cellar was renovated in 2004 and in 2009 new investments were done. In order to obtain a quality wine, we must have efficient working tools. Our winery is divided into two sections. The first is reserved only for the wine making process. In this spacious area, we keep our stainless steel tanks as well as a room specially reserved for the hundred oak barrels used for our Le Pressoir Tradition and La Haute Pinglerie vintages.
The second section is an area where we store the wine. The temperature inside this area is regulated so the wines can evolve under the best conditions. Here, we also label the wines.
In the winery, like in the vineyard, everything is done in ways to limit the use of products. All cleaning is done with cold water or vapor depending on the need. The water used is then spread on a prairie.
